Cruel Santino Sets November 5 Release for New Album ‘K.O.T.B – The Bomberman Chronicles’

Nigerian alternative artist Cruel Santino is set to release his third studio album, K.O.T.B – The Bomberman Chronicles, on November 5, 2026.

The forthcoming project is listed as a 14-track album under Native Sounds Ltd/Warner Records, and is being positioned as the next chapter in Santino’s Subaru World universe.

The album follows Santino’s 2022 project Subaru Boys: FINAL HEAVEN, making K.O.T.B – The Bomberman Chronicles his first full-length release in four years.

Cruel Santino Builds a New Musical World

Santino has described the world behind K.O.T.B as a futuristic universe that blends spy lore, royal regalia, James Bond and Final Fantasy. The album’s story is set 3,000 years in the future and follows a company that supplies household weapons to deal with sea creatures terrorising a community.

The concept continues Santino’s long-running approach of combining music, visual storytelling and world-building rather than treating an album simply as a collection of songs.

‘Big Drop’ Leads the Album Rollout

The announcement follows the release of “Big Drop”, a collaboration with Nigerian rapper Zaylevelten, which arrived on October 15.

The track also features OctobersRich, while production credits include Genio Bambino, OTE, Cruel Santino, HaRam, Silvershell and GMK. (Okay News)

“Big Drop” follows the earlier two-pack “International Collector / Oz,” with “Oz” featuring Jeriq.

With the album now listed for a November 5 release, Santino is entering another chapter of his alternative sound and expanding the creative universe established through his previous work.
